Skyline Hospital offers free childbirth education classes for mothers-to-be and their support person, regardless of where they plan to deliver their baby:

Suggested start is near mother's 30th week of pregnancy (approximately 5th or 6th month).

Childbirth Education Classes In class the expectant mother and her partner will learn the following:

• That pregnancy & labor are a normal & healthy occurrence.
• To trust the process & not to fight the contractions.
• Options available in managing labor & pain
• Opportunity to ask questions openly of instructor & other class members.

Classes are once a week for six weeks

Tuesday nights from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM

Please register early. We will send a reminder prior to class starting date. Bring 2 or 3 pillows and wear comfortable clothing.
