Skyline Hospital encourages every mother (and her support person) to attend one of their free childbirth education classes. Suggested start is near mother’s 30^th week of pregnancy (approximately 5^th or 6^th month).

Our childbirth classes offer:

• what to expect during pregnancy and labor,
• trust the process, relax into the contractions,
• pros and cons of the labor and pain management options,
• sharing experiences with other expectant couples,
• expert advise and Q&A with our instructor.

Who: Open to all women, regardless of where they plan to deliver their baby.

When: Tuesday nights from 7pm to 9:30pm (once a week for six weeks).

Registration: Classes begin about every other month, so be sure to call ahead to register for the one that works best for you. Please register early, we will call you with a reminder of the start date. Registration: 509.493.1101 or if you’re calling from Stevenson call 509.427.4083.
