Send a greeting card to a friend or relative in the hospital. Just fill out the form below and send an e-mail message through the Skyline staff.

Greetings are delivered between 8 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday. Our volunteers will make every effort to make sure cards are delivered to your loved ones. Patient greetings must be sent by 11 am to be delivered on the same day.

Skyline reserves the right to read and review all cards sent. Greetings containing unsuitable or offensive messages will not be delivered.
