Dewey Board member since 2006  Member of the Personnel Committee White Salmon resident since 1999 Gorge resident since 1977 Education: University of Oregon Personnel/Industrial Management Status: Retired after 30+ years in the human resource field Family: Darley Dewey and 2 grown children Currently a volunteer firefighter with Husum Fire District Dave Elkins Board member since 1998 Lyle resident since 1996, Lyle property owner since 1991 USAF Veteran Served as a deputy on the Los Angeles County sheriff’s department Retired President of an aerospace and defense electronics company in Seattle Now serving on the Finance Committee, Planning Committee and Secretary of the Board. Has served as Fire Chief and EMT with the Lyle Fire Department and volunteer EMT with Skyline Ambulance Presently a volunteer EMT on the Skyline ambulance department. Family: Married with two grown children Charlie Hogue Board member Since 2010 White Salmon resident for 3 years Education: University of Wyoming, Sports psychology/sports medicine Career: Represents the Union Pacific Railroad Track Maintenance Employees. Vice Chairman in the Rail Division of the IBT (Teamsters). Former Mayor of Lyman, Wyoming. Family: Married to Susan Hogue. Six children. Seven grandchildren. Service: Board of Directors of NPT Federal Credit Union in Portland.
